Abstract:
The soil applied with pig manure from large-scale pig farms and the soil never treated with pig manure were investigated. Results show that the contents of copper, zinc and arsenic in the experimental soil were 11,5 and 2 times respectively as high as those in the control soil and 4,4 and 3 times as high in the vegetables(leeks, pakchoi, celery, radish) growing in the experimental soil as those in the control groups(P<0.05).The contents of copper, zinc and arsenic in the experimental soil all exceeded standard by 133.98%,52.05% and 12.04%,and the content of zinc in the experimental vegetables was 117% higher than standard. Also, oxytetracycline and chlortetracycline were detected in the experimental soil and in the roots of experimental leek, but not in control group.
