Abstract: Sponsored by the Key Technology Research and Development Program,a rural ecological & environmental quality information system was built up.This system has integrated rural ecological and environmental quality information available all over the country in compliance with the requirements of the national sustainable development information sharing system.The background,overall structure,data format and information expression of the system are discussed and the key technologies for designing and integration of the system has been discribed in detail,including structured design,integrated service model of the system network,dynamic web page creation,meta database construction,spatial expression of statistical information express,spatial statistical analysis and information sharing and security.
