Impact of rising CO₂ in the atmosphere on ecosystem

According to the various responses of C₃ plant and C₄ plant to rising CO₂,the impact of the atmosphere con-taining enriched CO₂ on ecosystem is reviewed.It is concluded 1992)。that increasing atmosphere levels of CO₂ may lead to a series of changes in ecosystem, including the loss of biodiversity, the inhibition of mutrient cycling, the coming of plague of in-sects and the increase of greenhouse effect.
