喹噁硫磷在豇豆中的残留消解动态研究
STUDY ON RESIDUAL DEGRADATION OF QUINALFHOS IN COWPEA

摘要: 应用25%喹噁硫磷乳剂800倍液,进行不同喷药次数和距喷药不同采摘间隔期研究,结果表明:喷药1—2次,喷药后7天,残留量约0.2ppm。喹噁硫磷在豇豆中消解速度快,半衰期约2.5天,降雨对喹噁硫磷在豇豆上的残留消解有影响。建议喹噁硫磷在豇豆中的允许残留标准暂订为0.2ppm,豇豆喷施25%乳剂800倍液最多喷药3次,安全间隔期为7—9天。Abstract: Results from field experiments carried out in Chengdu from 1985-1987 showed that quinalphos degraded fast,about 80% of which degraded one day after application,residue in cowpea was less than0.1ppm at the 7th day after application when 25% EC diluted 800 times was used one to two times. The lafelife ( HL50 )was 2.5 days.Rainful had certain impacts on the degradation. The authors proposed that the maximum residue limit of quinlphos in cowpea should be 0. 2 ppm and the safe interval, 7-9 days after the use of 1: 500-800 diluted solution of 25%EC quinalphos.
