黄瓜和土壤中速克灵残留量的气相色谱测定方法的研究
STUDY ON RESIDUAL ANALYSIS OF PESTICIDE SUMILEX IN SOIL AND IN CUCUMBER USING GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC METHODS

摘要: 本文报道了用气相色谱仪测定土壤和黄瓜中速克灵的残留。样品采用丙酮振荡或组织捣碎提取,净化中应用凝结法代替柱层析方法,二氯甲烷萃取,合并有机相,经无水硫酸钠干燥后浓缩至1—2ml,使用Sigma2型带NPD的气谱仪测定,气谱仪柱长1m,内径0.2cm,填充3‰V—17Chromosob Q80—100目。经黄瓜、土壤试验,其添加回收率为85.92—95.40%,标准偏差为1.94—3.96%,变异系数在2.04—4.31%之间,最低检测浓度是0.0216—0.0290ppm。Abstract: Analysis of pesticide Sumilex residue iu soil and in cucumber using gas chromatographic method was reported in this paper. The samples were blended or shaken with actone for extraction. The extracts was cleaned up by coagulation method and then reextracted with dichlormethane. The organic phases of the extracts Were mixed up and passed through anhydrous sodium sulfate and concentrated to about 1-2 ml. The final material was tested with gas chromatography equipped with NPD and 3% OV-17 chromsorb Q 80-1000 msch column. The method described above was applicable to the analysis of Sumilex residue both in Soil and cucumber with Satisfactory recovery rate(from 85.62-95.40%),standard deviation from 1.94 to 3.96%, variant coefficient from 2.04 to 4.31% and a detectability from 0.0216 to 0.0290 ppm.
