草原生态环境评价指标体系的研究

STUDY ON THE CRITERIA SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS OF GRASSLAND

摘要: 本文从应遵循的原则、体系结构设计、数学模型和数据库的建立等方面论述了建立草原生态环境评价指标体系的问题。同时,以内蒙古草原作背景设计了一个具体的评价指标体系。文中还指出,建立这种指标体系应依据系统工程的理论方法,运用多种学科知识,动员较大的力量,有步骤、分阶段地进行。先从一个具体的有代表性的草原开始,然后针对一个省(自治区),最后建立起全国的草原生态环境评价指标体系,这种体系的建立,对保护我国的草原资源,恢复草原生态环境的良性循环,从而达到永续利用草原的目的将具有重大的意义。

Abstract: This paper discussed the problems of setting a criteria system for evaluating the environmental conditions of the grassland. The principles which the study should comply with and the methods fo designing the structure of a Criteria system for evaluating the grassland environmental conditions have been discussed.The author put forward some methematical models and data-base for the study.Furthermore, a concrete design of a Criteria system for evaluating the environmental conditions for Inner Mongolia grassland has been proposed.
