Abstract: The article precents briefly the initial results about the application the method of the material input -output balance and analysis to dissecting: a town-run ’radio material factory pollution origins, there by proving the method is some enitable for the courses of the management and control of the countryside-run industrial pollution origins, and there are larger guiding significance.
