草酸青霉菌Penicillium oxalicum IM-3对氯代吡啶烟碱类杀虫剂的代谢作用

    Metabolism of Chloronicotinyl Neonicotinoid Insecticides by Fungi Penicillium oxalicum IM-3

    • 摘要: 从土壤中分离出1株可降解氯代吡啶烟碱类杀虫剂啶虫脒(AAP)的丝状真菌菌株IM-3,经形态观察和18S rDNA序列比对,IM-3菌株被鉴定为草酸青霉菌(Penicillium oxalicum)。培养14 d,P.oxalicumIM-3在矿物盐培养基中可降解41.6%的啶虫脒、14.1%的吡虫啉(IMI),但不降解噻虫啉(THI)和烯啶虫胺(NIT)。HPLC和LC-MS/MS分析显示,啶虫脒降解途径为N-脱甲基生成IM2-1和氧化断裂氰基亚胺基生成IM1-3。

       

      Abstract: A strain of filamentous fungus capable of degrading acetamiprid,an insecticide of chloronicotinyl neonicotinoid series,was isolated from soil and named as Strain IM-3.IM-3 was identified as Penicillium oxalicum by morphology and 18S rDNA sequence analysis.In the medium of mineral salts,incubated for 14 days,P.oxalicum degraded 41.6% of AAP and 14.1% of imidacloprid;but nil of thiacloprid and nitenpyram.HPLC and LC-MS/MS analysis revealed that the metabolic pathway of AAP by P.oxalicum IM-3 was N-demethylation of AAP to form IM 2-1 and oxidative cleavage of cyanoimine moiety to form IM 1-3.
