石灰性土壤施磷量对柠条铁含量的影响

    Iron Content in Peashrub Affected by Phosphorus Application in Calcareous Soil

    • 摘要: 通过盆栽土培试验,研究了石灰性土壤不同施磷量对小叶锦鸡儿(Caragana microphylla)柠条富铁的影响。结果表明,柠条地上部干重随着施磷量的增加而增加,增加量最大的是处理P3施磷肥(以P2O5计)100 mg·kg-1,比处理P0(不施磷肥)增加10.8%~16.7%;在生长初期,低磷条件下柠条铁含量比高磷条件下高,但随着生长期的延长和生物量的增加,柠条铁含量在高磷条件下比在低磷条件下增加速度快,到第4次取样时(种子发芽后75 d)处理P3柠条铁含量达最高,为1 428.3 mg.kg-1;柠条地上部富铁总量以第4次取样时处理P3最高,达10.269 mg.盆-1。可见,柠条是铁矿区生态重建物种的良好选择。

       

      Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted on effect of phosphorus application on iron content in peashrub(Caragana microphylla) in calcareous soil. Results indicate that with increasing P application rate, peashrub shoot increased in dry weight and did the most in Treatment P3 (100 mg·kg-1 P2O5), by 10.8%~16.7% over CK; at its early growth stage, peashrub in plots low in P application was higher in iron content and the content increased with growth and increase in biomass of the plant. The increase was faster in plots higher in phosphorus than in plots lower in phosphorus. The iron content in peashrub was the highest in Treatment P3 at the fourth sampling,reaching 1 428.3 mg·kg-1; and the total iron content in peashrub shoots was also the highest in Treatment P3 at the fourth sampling,reaching 10.269 mg·pot-1. So it is quite obvious that peashrub is a good choice for ecological revegetation in iron ore mining areas.
