Abstract:
CO
2 and N
2O emissions were monitored in-situ in rape field in Chengdu plain from November 2005 to May 2006 and their controlling factors were discussed. Results show that the mean CO
2 emission flux in the rape field was 656.8 mg·m
-2·h
-1,ranging from 121.4 to 1 585.8 mg·m
-2·h
-1,the mean N
2O emission flux,168.0 μg·m
-2·h

2 and N
2O emission flux was highly correlated with soil temperature at 5 cm depth. Moreover,CO
2 and N
2O emission flux in the rape field was affected by soil organic carbon content, fertilization, soil temperature, plant growth and other various factors.
