Abstract: A brief introduction was made to the status quo of the management of pesticide in China.Based on the analysis of major problems existing in the current management system, countermeasures were brought forth for consummating the rules and regulations for pesticide control, establishing pesticide management agencies and tuning the pesticide management system in China.
