Abstract: Based on the indigenous people′s knowledge of religion believes, folk customs, cultivation schedules and seed selections etc. in Yunnan province, the indigenous people′s contributions to the ecological environmental protection and the plant genetic resources utilization were presented to collect the indigenous knowlege beneficial to sustainable agricultural development.
