Abstract: In researches on the environmental behavior of pesticides, first order chemical reaction Equation is frequently used for simulation of pesticide degradation and residue. The problems related to the movement of initial concentration and noliteral sense optimization in parameter statistics of first order kinetics reaction equation by using linear regression method were expounded. The design of experiment, the preharvest interval, the significant digit and data processing were discussed. A tentative idea for solving the problems has been advanced.
