南京市夏季青菜中有机磷农药残留量调查

Investigation on Organophosphorous Pesticides Residues in Summer Chinese Cabbage in Nanjing

摘要: 1994年夏季调查和测定了南京市市售青菜中甲胺磷、乐果、甲基－1605等5种有机磷农药残留量。结果表明，夏季青菜（包括青菜秧）中有机磷农药残留量有超标现象，其中甲胺磷在青菜中的平均残留量为0.063mg/kg，超标率为11.5%，其余4种有机磷农药在青菜中未检出。

Abstract: The results of investigation and analyses carried out in Summer of 1994 for the residues of fiveorganophosphorous pesticides in Chinese Cabbage in Nanjing show that the average concentration of methamidophos in thesamples was 0.063 mg/kg,with 11.5% of the samples exceeding the standard.The other four organophosphorous pesticides were not detected in the samples.
