Abstract: This paper introduces in detail the main types and characteristics of alternative agriculture in the world.The differences between ecological agriculture in China and alternative agriculture in developed countries,and the major existing problems of alternative agriculture in the world are discussed.The world trend of alternative agriculture development is also predicted.
