Abstract: The degradation rate and residual time of various types of sanitary pesticides on housing materials have beenstudied.The results show: toxicity of pyrethroid insecticides the chief components of sanitary pesticides are high toxic tosilkworm. SOS/Umu test is recommended to the study of genotoxicity of househood sanitary pesticides. This method issimple,accurate,and the toxicity could be evaluated according to the induced rate of enzyme. The dose-response relation-ship is noticeable.
