农药对水蚤的毒性及安全评价初探

    A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON TOXICITY OP PESTICIDES TO WATER PLEA (DAPHNIA CAKINATA) AND THEIR SAFETY EVALUATION

    • 摘要: 本文报导溴氰菊脂、甲基对硫磷、丙体-六六六和呋喃丹等4种农药对隆线蚤(Daphnis Carinata)的急性毒性,结果表明4种农药对水蚤48小时LC50值分别为0,000123,0.013,0.075和0.76ppm。按毒性大小顺序为溴氰菊脂>甲基对硫磷>丙体-六六六>呋喃丹。根据水蚤LC50值和田间用药量得到的投毒系数大小为依据,对以上农药的安全性进行了评价讨论。

       

      Abstract: Results of acute toxicity test of four pesticides for Daphnia carinata was reported in this paper. The results showed that 48 hours LC50 values of Deltamethrin, Methylparathion, Lindane (γ-BHC ) and Carbo-furaa to that species were 0.000123; 0.013; 0.075; and 0.076 ppm respectively. The degree of toxicily may be arranged in the following order: Deltamethrin>Methylparathion>Lindane>Carbofuran. According to the application-coefficients of the toxicants derived from the LC50 values of these chemicals and their dosages in farm the safety use of the four pesticides has been evaluated and discussed.
