米、土、水、饮料和蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留的快速测试方法研究

    STUDY ON A RAPID METHOD OF DETERMINING TWELVE OF PESTICIDE RESIDUES IN MCE, SOIL, WATER, BEVERAGE AND VEGETABLES

    • 摘要: 本文报导了一个气相色谱法分离和测定米、土、水、饮料和蔬菜中12种有机磷农药残留。本方法采用火焰光度检测器(FPD)配有526nm滤色片。色谱柱为φ3.2mm×2.1m玻璃柱,填充固定相OV-17 1.5%+QF-11.98%涂布于Chromasorb W.AW.DMCS.80—100目。编制了一套柱二阶温度程序。本方法具有较高的精度和灵敏度,最小检出量为10-12—10-13g,分离度为0.8—3.5。本文还介绍了从米、土、水,饮料或蔬菜中一次性提取12种有机磷农药残留的方法,平均回收率大于90%,方法灵敏度好于0.020ppm,本方法具有快速、经济的特点。

       

      Abstract: This paper reported Gas Chromatographic procedure for. separating, and determining 12 organophosphorus pesticide residues in Water, soil, rice, beverage and vegetables. The detector FPD Was equipped with 526 nm filter. A glass column (φ>3.2mm×2.1m) filled with statiaary phase OV-17 1.5%+QF-1 1098% coated onchromasorb W.AW.DMCS with 80-100 meshes was used. A two-step temperature prpgram, of column Was conducted. This model offered excellent presicion and high sensitivity. Typical MDQ. ranged from 10-12 to 10-13 g, resolution ranged from 0..8 to 3.5.A method of simultansously extracting 12 OP pesticide residues from any sample of Water, soil, rice, beverage or vegetable Was also introduced. Average recoveries were greater than 90% and sensitivities over 0.020 ppm. This method proved to be quick and economical.
