Abstract: The current management agency of nature reserves in China were not uniform in construction for the country and do not have sound and complete set of management systems or relevant laws or regulations. Nature reserve at different levels, under different administrations or in different regions, vary sharply in the construction of their management structures. Countermeasures to the problems, such as unstandardized construction, undefined attributes and unguaranteed funds in management of nature reserves, have been put forward based on investigations and analysis of the status quo of the management of the nature reserves.
