Abstract:
Since the 1980s, great achievements have made in the construction of nature reserves in the mainland and Taiwan, but little in mutual exchange and understanding between the two sides. Comparative analysis is now conducted of the status quo of the construction of nature reserves, their administrative systems, their classification systems and their administrations on both sides of the strait. To intensify exchange between the two sides and promote development of the nature reserves in China, corresponding measures and proposals are brought forth.
