On Development of Organic Food in China

  • The fundamental concept of organic food and the conditions that organic food has to be conformed to have been briefly introduced. The development of organic food in China and China’s advantages in developing organic food production have been described and analyzed in detail. On the basis of these descriptions and analyses, the principles and strategies as well as the major problems in developing organic food have been pointed out. Some useful suggestions for further development of organic food in China have been proposed.
