The guideline for making a regional ecolonomic planning

Recently,Ecolonomic planning and methodologyhave been receiving high priority home and abroad.IT receiveshigh attentions not only from in the academic circles,but also fromgovernments in different parts of the world In this paper,theapproach of developing ecolonomic planning is introduced,includ-ing main concepts,principals,planning targets,planningcontents,frameword methods and procedure. Some issues re-lated to the planning are also discussed in this paper.
