农村生态工程——食用菌工厂的创建及其生态经济分析

摘要: 本文通过对食用菌工厂的创建过程及其生态经济分析,表明以生态工程理论为指导,在黄淮海地区创办食用菌工厂,实行系统开放,易地栽培,生态经济效益显著。研究形成的一整套生产工艺流程,适合大规模生产,在当地有较大推广应用价值。Abstract: As one of the development patterns of agro-engineering, a mushroom factory had been set up in a village of Huang-Huai -Hai plain. It is proved that development form of "mushroom culture in different places" makes the agroccosystcm more flexible to use the advantages and to avoid disadvantages of both city and countrysides in order to achieve the best economic benefit. An assembly line was formed to suit to a large sacle production. The results show that the ceo-economical effect was remarkable. This development form may be extended throughout the region.
