农村饲养业排出物污染水体的卫生学评价

HYGIENIC EVALUATION OF EFFECT OF EFFLUENTS FROM POULTRY AND LIVESTOCK FARM ON WATERBODY

  • 摘要: 本文调查了农村饲养对水体环境的污染现状及水体的富营养化程度。结果表明,受饲养场污染的严泾河在2.5公里长的调查河段内,枯水期与丰水期均呈严重污染状态。与国家地面水环境质量标准(Ⅲ级)比较,COD超标0.96—6.45倍,总大肠菌群超标14—12839倍,细菌总数超标1039—16799倍,大肠杆菌噬菌体达104—106PFU/升。水体污染枯水期重于丰水期。对水体积、冬季时叶绿素a、总磷、磷酸盐、pH值等八项指标的监测结果表明,严泾河水已呈富营养化状态。其中平均值叶绿素a达到11.64μg/L,总磷为3.97mg/L,磷酸盐为1.96mg/L,pH值为7.96,COD为14.31mg/L,细菌总数为2.28×106个/ml,总大肠菌群为6.41×107个/L,总大肠杆菌噬菌体为1.90×10~6PFU/L(宿主菌E.Coli.k—12和E.Coli.B)。

     

    Abstract: Rural water pollution and cutrophication caused by effluents from poultry and livestock farm were studied. The rcsuits indicated that the surface water in Yanjin river was seriously contaminated by the effluents both in rising and falling periods. In comparision with National Surface Water Hygienic Standard (Ⅲ), the water pullutioa levels .expressed as oxcess times of cacti pollutant value over eachstandard value were as follows: COD 0. 96——6. 45, total Culiform 11——12839, total bacteria 1039——16399 respectively. TotalColiphages were ranged from 104 to 106 PFU/L. Year average values were as follows, cldorophyll a 11. 64μg/1, to at posspnorous 3. 97mg/ 1, phosphate 1. 96mg/l, pH 7. 96, COD 14. 31mg/l, total bacteria 2. 28×106ml, total Coliform 6.41×107/1. total Coliptiagc 1. 90× 106PFU/1 (host stralas.
