试论我国农村土地产权制度对农村生态环境的影响

Impact of China′s Rural Land Property System on Rural Eco Environment

摘要: 以产权理论为基础，通过对产权制度与人们资源利用行为的分析，探讨了我国农地产权制度对农村生态环境的影响，提出了解决生态环境问题的若干土地产权制度调整的框架性措施。

Abstract: Based on the theory of property, analysis was made of the relationship between the system of property and human activities in utilising resources to study impact of the system of property in rural land on the rural eco environment. Accordingly, some measures of framework nature are put forward to readjust the system of property in land so as to solve problems in rural eco environment.
