Abstract:
The background values of Cu , Zn, Pb, Cd, Ni,Cr, As and Hg in agricultural soils of northeast Guangxi Province are investigated by means of classified sampling statistics. And 95% believable ranges of background values for these element are respectively reckoned. Through variance analysis, it is verified that there are differences in background values of some elements among types of parent material. Soil background values of these elements in the area are compared with other soils from China and world as well as the earth crust abundance. This provides basis for the study of agricultural environment in this area.
