Study on Small Watershed Management and Planning Information System

Tongguan, a small watershed segment in Liyang city of Jiangsu province, was taken as an example to pursue a new watershed management model for promoting the watershed economical development by establishing small watershed management and planning information system. The methods of how to design and build the small watershed based information system were introduced, and the system functions and the application examples were also presented.
