Abstract: The input-output model and multi-object planning model in economy-environmental theory was used in this study to predict and analyse the trend of development of economy-environment in Jiadi,ng county. Particular attention was paid in order to find ways to relieve the restraints in the development of economy-environment, to seek for achieving the goal of reconciliatory in economy and environment, instead of limited by present state modified the structure of system. The final goal was to obtain optimization results.We set up several assumptions, worked out several running results, analyses and assessments, to give several reasons for decision maker.
