A REVIEW ON THE LEGISLATION OF NATURAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION

Abstract: The legislative systems on the utilization and conservation of land, forest, pasture, fishery, wildanimal, water, mineral and other natural resources have been systematically reviewed. The basic characteristics of these resources and problems being confronted in China have been separately discussed. In order to solve these problems, a scries of laws and administrative regulations in natural resources conservation have been promulatcd by the central government and some local governments since the foundation of People’s Republic of China. All the related laws and administrative regulations have been deeply and systematically reviewed, with special emphasis on the main articles.
