Abstract: Based in the assessment on the type, arrangement and present situation of the natural reserve construction in China and the biological dicersity conservation plan both at home and abroad, the natural reserve developing plan of China was put forward. And moreover, the detailed schemes for the preserved areas and national reserve construction were suggested.
