Abstract: Aiming at existing problems with methods for safety assessment of herbicide-resistant transgenic crops,a new method based on affinity of plants for safety assessment of gene flow was put forward.Criteria for selection of allied species were explored with time dependence sequence,space dependence sequence and population quantity dependence sequence as its principles.
