Abstract: Over population is becoming the basic problem in the development of ecological economics in the rural area. The present state and future trend of the population size in the next few years in Xiao Zhang Zhuang Village, Ying Shang Connty, Anhui Province are studied in this paper. Measures for controlling the population size and improving the population quality are proposed in order to deal with the existing problems.
