宝应湖浮游植物群落演变趋势及其驱动因子分析

Succession and Driving Factors of Phytoplankton Community in Baoying Lake

摘要: 为评估宝应湖的生态健康状况,加强宝应湖的管理与保护工作,于2014、2016、2018以及2019年对宝应湖进行水生态监测,调查研究浮游植物群落结构并分析其演变趋势,利用相关性分析和冗余分析方法,研究其主要环境驱动因子。结果表明,宝应湖浮游植物群落结构以绿藻门、蓝藻门和硅藻门为主;2019年鉴定出浮游植物68属103种,比2014年增加了17属27种,浮游植物丰度为26.87×106 L-1,比2014年上涨了755.73%,且湖泊下游浮游植物丰度明显高于上游;优势种有向蓝藻门、硅藻门发展的趋势,浮游植物多样性指数和物种均匀度指数年际间波动显著,水质状况评价结果为轻度污染。冗余分析结果表明,透明度、总磷、溶解氧和氨氮浓度是影响浮游植物群落结构和种类数量变化的主要环境驱动因子。

Abstract: Baoying Lake is located in the north of Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. In order to evaluate the ecological health, series of investigations were carried out for the ecological status of Baoying Lake in 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2019. The structure and variation tendency of pytoplankton community and the potential relationships of pytoplankton community with environmental driving factors were studied by using correlation analysis and redundancy analysis. The results show that Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta dominated the phytoplankton community in Baoying Lake. A total of 103 species of phytoplankton belonging to 68 genera were identified in 2019, which showed an increase of 17 genera and 27 species compared with that in 2014. The total phytoplankton abundance in 2019 was 26.87×106 L-1, which showed an increase of 755.73% compared with that in 2014. The phytoplankton abundance in the downstream was significantly higher than that in the upstream of the lake. Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta showed the tendency of further dominating the pytoplankton. However, Shannon-Wiener Diversity Index and Pielou Evenness Index were assessed of significant variation from year to year, and the water of Baoying Lake in these years was slightly polluted. The redundancy analysis show that transparency, TP, DO and NH3-N concentrations are the main environmental factors that drive the changes of phytoplankton community and species abundance.
