Abstract: Romania has firm basis of ecological agriculture. First, the adequate proportion of land used in cropping, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline occupations, and fishery ( 15: 10: T : 1: 1 ) makes the country a balanced ecology and coordinate economics in structure and pattern of land resouce utilization. Secondly stress on developing comprehensive agricutlure and commercial business has been made in accordance with natural economic regulations to get good benefit in every respect. Thirdly,the government of the country pays attention to the development of the theory of ecological agriculture,such as the wide extension of crop rotation, use of organic fertilizers on cropland, breeding of plant and animal species adaptable to the local environment. In Romania, natural energy resources have been explored and many beautiful rural residential districts hare been costructed. In addition, agricultural institutes and their subordinate experimental stations are extended every -where in the country, all of them are combinations of research and production.
