Abstract: The problems of agricultural ecological environment of Zhejiang Province, such as shortage of resources, heavy environmental destructions, pollution and so on have been discussed in detail. Some strategies were proposed for creating and maintaining favorable environment of agricultural ecolgy in Zhejiag province to realize the balance of ecological economics.
