Abstract: This paPer has analyzed the reasons for insufficient utilization of superior ecological and climatic resources (e.g. sunlight, heat, rain etc. ) in Hainan which caused the agriculture in the region lagging behind. Measures for changing these disadvantageous sisuation were proposed in this paper.
