Abstract: According to the characteristics and problems existed in urban-rural compound agro-eco-economic system in Handan city, as well as the theory of ecosystem and principle of eco-economics, the "four rings" developmental strategies have been proposed in order to stimulate the coordinating development of the agro-eco-economics in the urban-rural compound system of Handan.
