Abstract: Based on the relevant regulations of China and five fundamental principles, the system of eco-environment idcx assessment at couty level, which consists of more than 20 indexes in nine aspects, has been established. On the basis of results of implementation of the system at selected county, the index system will be incorporated into the assessment responsibility system of environmental protection target at county level government.
