Abstract: This paper reviewed the application of agricultural chemicals in protecting crops from ozone damage. The mechanisms of increasing plantsresistance to ozone by these chemicals in agricultural practice are summarized. It is proposed that the appropriate use of agricultural chemicals is aneffective measure to reduce the impacts of photochemical oxidants on agricultural crops.
