Abstract: The agricultural targets of many years in Qingjian county are analyzed with the grey clusteing method in this paper. The results show that the ecological environment which the agriculture depends on has been deterio rating, for example, poor soilproperties, low fertility, soil and soilerosion, forest destruction, drought and backward capital construction on farmland, and that the cultivation is still on the old extensive way. All theseunfavourable factors refard the agricultural development.
