Abstract: 15AI/hm2 chiorsulfuron was applied to winterWheat field in sou then areas of Jiangsu province,The chlorsul-furon residue in soil was 0.22 μg/kg at the rice transplanting mo-ment in the next yea, 96 8 % of applied chlorsulfuron was de-graded during the wheat growing period, and the degradationhalf-life of chlorsulfuron in soil was 38.6 d.Like wheat , rice ishighly sensitive to chlorsulfuron As of chlorsulfuron is easily de-graded in flooded soil the actual damage of chIorsulfuron to rotaterice is light, and the improving of soil fertility to some extent mayaffiliate the effects of chlorsulfuron to plant.
