Abstract: Based on the results of the study on the multivariable optimal control of the high concentration organic wastewater biological treatment system with Inter kingdom Fusant, the construction cost minimization model and the restriction formulas were established and the optimization of process design was discussed. The results of a case study of bean processing wastewater treatment with fusant showed that the mathematical model has a sole solution on condition that three parameters were regarded as control variables. The three parameters are: concentration of influent in aeration tank ( S 0),MLSS concentration in aeration tank ( X ) and recycle ratio ( R ). This model can be used as reference to the process design of high concentration organic wastewater treatment.
