外源NO对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长和根系膜脂过氧化作用的影响

Effects of Extraneous Nitric Oxide on Plant Growth,and Root Membrane Lipid Peroxidation of Cucumber Seedlings Under NaCl Stress

摘要: 采用营养液水培,研究外源NO对NaCl胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长、根系膜脂过氧化作用的影响。结果表明,100μmol.L-1NO供体硝普钠(SNP)能显著缓解50 mmol.L-1NaC l胁迫对黄瓜植株造成的伤害,提高幼苗生长量,增强幼苗根系抗氧化酶活性,提高根系脯氨酸(Pro)含量,缓解根系膜脂过氧化作用,从而提高植株耐盐性。

Abstract: An experiment was conducted with cucumbers(Cucumis sativus) of ’Gai Liang Jin Chun No 2’ growing in a nutrient solution culture system and effects of extraneous nitric oxide on growth and active oxygen metabolism were analyzed and studied.Results show that addition of 100 μmol·L-1 extraneous sodium nitroprusside(SNP),a nitric oxide donor,significantly alleviated the injury that NaCl stress brought to the plants,increased obviously plant growth,and activity of SOD,POD,CAT and APX,and accelerated accumulation of proline(Pro) in the roots.Meanwhile,extraneous nitric oxide markedly decreased membrane permeability,O2 producing rate,MDA and H2O2 content of the roots.
