COMPARISION OF BENEFITS BETWEEN THREE KIND OF OPTIMIZED MODEL OF AGRICULTURAL STRUCTURE IN ERLING TOWNSHIP, DANYANG COUNTY OF JIANGSU PROVINCE

Abstract: In this paper, multiple objective linear programming has been applied to optimize the agricultural production structure for Erling township of Danyang county. Three kinds of agricultural production system were studied according to their developing directions. They were: "the Integrated Pattern", "The Grain-Sericulture Pattern" and "the Sericulture Pattern". Based on the system analysis, three mutiple objective linear programming modelhave been estab lished. The optimizing operations showed; according to thcconcrete conditions of Erling township,the three kinds of model could be adopted for different situations, the optimizing operations provided scientific basis for the decision of agricultural strategies for Erling township to obtain the best economic, ecological and social benefits. The optimized results of three kinds of models could increase the economical income of Erling townchip by 19. 6%, 28. 8%and45%respectively.
