长江南京段水源水中氨苄西林的时空分布特征及风险评估

Spatiotemporal Characteristics and Risk Assessment of Ampicillin in Water Source of Nanjing Section of the Yangtze River

摘要: 为了评价长江南京段水源水中氨苄西林(ampicillin,AMP)的时空分布特征以及风险等级,分别于2019年11月、12月和2020年1月对长江南京段14个采样点进行采样,并采用固相萃取-液相色谱-串联质谱技术(SPE-UPLC-MS/MS)对水体中AMP进行分析。结果表明,对14个采样点连续3个月采集的样品进行检测后,AMP的总质量浓度范围为ND~42.44 ng·L-1,平均质量浓度为19.67 ng·L-1,检出率为57.5%;3个月份的AMP检出率依次为7.14%、100%、66.67%;2019年12月和2020年1月AMP检出浓度和检出率总体上高于2019年11月。采用风险熵值法对水体残留的AMP进行风险评估,结果表明长江南京段AMP的生态风险熵(QR)范围为0.40~0.57,处于中度风险;AMP的健康风险熵(QRH)范围为3.2×10-5~5.1×10-5,对人体健康无风险。

Abstract: In order to evaluate the temporal-spatial characteristics and risk assessment of Ampicillin (AMP) in the water source of Nanjing Section of the Yangtze River, 14 sampling sites of Nanjing section of Yangtze River were sampled in November, December 2019 and January, 2020, respectively, and AMP in water was analyzed by SPE-UPLC-MS/MS. The results show that the total mass concentration of AMP ranged from ND to 42.44 ng·L-1, the average mass concentration was 19.67 ng·L-1, and the detection rate was 57.5% after testing the samples collected from 14 sampling sites for three consecutive months. The detection rate of AMP in three months was 7.14%, 100% and 66.67%, respectively. The detection concentration and detection rate of AMP in December and January were generally higher than that in November. Risk quotient method was used to assess the risk of AMP in water bodies. The results show that the ecological risk entropy QR of AMP in Nanjing Section of the Yangtze River ranged from 0.40 to 0.57, which was a moderate risk. AMP's health risk entropy QRH ranged from 3.2×10-5 to 5.1×10-5, which had no risk to human health.
